I absolutely love it here at Ponchatrain Oaks Apartments. It’s owner and parent company Bon Marché Realty & Properties, LLC. runs a tight ship. I highly recommend it for people who value their privacy, safety & cleanliness. In my opinion, Ponchatrain Oaks Apartments is the only apartment complex in New Orleans East that has maintained its integrity. The staff is friendly and pays close attention to detail.

This is a very great Apartment that is very well maintained. The Apartment office responds promptly to any issue you report, they've got a regular maintenance and pest control schedule and neighbors are generally friendly and quiet. This is a really nice place to live in.

I moved in about a month ago and my first week living there I killed more than 10+ roaches . Actually the first day I moved in I had to kill a roach on my counter. The apartment itself looks decent and it’s in a safe area , very quiet & cheap . I have a 6 month lease and when it is over I will be moving out . Don’t recommend unless you like living with roaches .
