Stay away.The place is horrible. There is always fights in the courtyard area. There was a shooting there that happened and had to wait across the street because police surrounded the building. Tenants play their music very very loud. People are in the swimming pool being loud all night long. I had to move because their was a leak in the hallway, no one came, I had to put towels down. I went to work and came back and about six foot of the ceiling fell to the floor. Mold developed throughout the living room and kitchen walls. I saw a guy walking on the balcony with a gun in his hand.

I'm a current resident at this complex and I am very unhappy here! These people don't fix anything and when they do come it looks like the problem gets worse. The kids back here always running up and down the breeze way,fighting,and just plain ol lord in common. It seem like the new land lord focus on doing work on the outside weather then fixing these broken down apartments. I am currently looking to move because of this.
