Not a fan. However, their JCP online returns employee is a superstar! She is a kindness machine and never stops, even with very impatient customers. Impatient, because of the long lines at her station. Selection is hit or miss. The store is very hot which forces you out before you can really shop.

Maria from the salon who claims to be a hairdresser is horrible! She literally butchered my hair and said “good thing hair grows faster in summer” she was no where near close to the hair cut I asked for but she couldn’t even manage cutting my straight! This is supposed to be a “no layer, shoulder length lob” ….

I've been going to this location for over 20 years, but it just doesn't do it for me anymore. They are hit or miss it seems. Some trips I find cute kids clothes and shoes, other times I leave empty handed. Not a big selection on young girls clothing. And every single time I leave the store, their sensors at the front door goes off. They tell me at the register that the alarm might go off when we exit due to sensor tags on select merchandise. Why can't they remove the part of the tag that has the sensor at time of purchase to avoid all that? It was sunglasses this time. But I hate that. People look at me and my 2 kids like we did something wrong when the door alarms start beeping. Meanwhile the workers don't even glance up and look our way. Defeats the purpose of even having them, don't it? Then I sit there by the exit and check all my purchases to make sure the ink tag wasn't left on any clothes since the alarm went off. I don't want to just assume it's the sunglasses because I've made that mistake the 1st time and had to bring a sweater back that still had the ink tag on it but I was told to keep going cuz they thought it was a purse I also purchased. Just very annoying. Remove any sensors at time of purchase and that can all be avoided. I don't understand why it's so difficult for them.

It’s exactly why you’d expect from a JC Penney store, which is a good thing. Familiar experience means you know what you’re walking into.some stuff is overpriced, but if you look for a bargain, you’ll find it. Most times we’ve been there, the employees have been great. Around if you need help, leave you alone to browse if you don’t.

I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience with your service at our salon. I'm hoping that you might give us another chance. Perhapes we can help give can make it better if we knew why you had a bad experience, we could learn from you how we can better our service?
Did you check the tracking number?? It could be delayed in the shipping process. You should receive your order or JCPENNEY will refund your money. You can always buy online and pick up in store. I hope all works out for you
JC Penny's follows the minimum Covid preventive practices. Their employees are wearing mask and there are dividers at the checkout stations, however there are no hand sanitizing stations and I did not see any staff disinfecting the checkouts or credit cards machines. Other stores in this mall are requiring people to sanitize their hands prior to store entry and offer wipes and sanitizers throughout the store.
Oh I don't know. With the virus still in affect, they may not have a full staff. Good luck!
Yes, you can pay your bill at any register.
