I called Today for my order that was placed On May 7th I still not have received it I spoke to supervisors for support no one can help me they took $84.00 of my money

Did you check the tracking number?? It could be delayed in the shipping process. You should receive your order or JCPENNEY will refund your money. You can always buy online and pick up in store. I hope all works out for you

I'm sure you will either get your order, or money back. JC Penney is a respectable, honest establishment.
