Nope. Showed up with a loose family stone, and a moving photo of the setting design I wanted. EVERY STEP of this process was ridiculous with this place. They chipped MY stone in the process of taking 6 months to fabricate a crooked ring with ‘welding?’ spots all over the metal. Overpriced as well. Stay AWAY. New jeweler made the exact ring I was looking for in 6 weeks, cheaper and perfect! I’m sure this fella used to be a jeweler, but it looked like a plumber made my ring. Don’t mess with him.

David Craig Jewelers is absolutely the best place to go to to design an engagement ring. I had two old engagement rings from my mother-in law & grand parent. I met with David Craig about a year ago to discuss how we could use the diamonds from these rings to design a new engagement ring in the cushion/halo style. Recently, my son told me he wanted to get an engagement ring for his girlfriend, we went directly to David Craig Jewelers. Bela was very helpful and designed a ring with the diamonds from the old rings and added additional diamonds around the main diamond for the halo effect. The end result was absolutely stunning. My son said wow that is beautiful!! My sons fiancé said she loves it! And it's very special to her since my son was able to get it custom made for her with his great grandmother's stones. The work is super high quality! I would only go to David Craig Jewelers my fine jewelry! Job well done David Craig and Bela!

I bought my engagement ring here, and the DCJ team made the experience feel personal and collaborative. Bela helped my fiancé find a design she liked, and then Bela, Chae, and I brainstormed personal customizations. I used a family stone, and in appraising it, Bela took time to show its unique characteristics. During the ring-making process, Bela promptly answered my questions on his personal phone. When I made visits to the store, David (and his dogs) welcomed me, David thanking me for my business. I loved the end result, the price was fair, and she said yes!
