Everyone from the top down is excellent at this place. I went from Hyundai of Trenton to Fred Beans in Langhorne and it was like walking into a different planet. Laid back and no sleazy sales tactics……or so I thought…. The new “got you” in the new car sales game is to hoodwink customers with term protection plus packages and falsely divulge the prices or extra wear and tear packages. I was still happy having these bogus insurance products because I thought “I’ve got the wife and kids. A dog who knows what will happen?” Guess what happened? 2 weeks after buying a brand-new car I lost a windshield. I was excited to get some value out of these packages because the financing manager, Jon Lloyd assured me I could basically hit my vehicle with a Sledgehammer and collect. The language is riddled with lawyer talk that gets them out of covering an entire windshield. What does it protect you ask? A filled chip and a set of wiper blades. I don’t know about the rest of you but unless you drive right to a safe lite that tiny chip is spreading in the heat of summer. So now I’m out another $800(After Market)-$1300(OEM Manufacturer)! That’s right gone are the days of cheap windshields because of our fancy safety lane assist features. Even this is fine. What’s not fine is I canceled my bogus insurance packages thinking maybe I will get 80% of the $9/month or $315 total the finance guy said it would cost. Here they tell me it is $1895!!!! This was back in early august, and the dealership refuses to credit my account with money. Until I get the money, I think I need to continue to leave negative reviews and help the public avoid the financing teams. Do yourself a favor, make sure you read everything slowly. They wait until you have been there 3 hours to sign the important documents. They make you sign a piece of paper that says they explained everything. Do not sign them until you make sure your payment is accurate. I consider myself a smart shopper and I get swindled into paying $53/month (told me $9/month which I agreed to) extra for essentially worthless protection plans. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!! I’m writing this today because the dealership has had $1895.00 since august 21st and refuses to credit my account. I have contacted the supplemental insurance people who have assured me 3 times the money has been at the dealer since august 21st, 2022. I have called the consumer finance department with Hyundai Corporate who have documented my complaints of Jonathan Lloyd. I have reached out to him 3 times and he has done nothing but ran around the issue. It is pretty straightforward, they have $1895.00 and it is to be applied to my accounts remaining balance. I am quite annoyed because I just paid a $309 bill that was due. I have determined this place has lost my business for life. Be honest. Do not sugar coat things. Had this business been straight with me about the actual amount I would have said no thanks. Now I have wasted nearly 6 hours of my life on phone calls trying to recoup MY MONEY!

I had an amazing car buying experience at Fred Beans. I pretty much contacted all Hyundai dealers in a radius of 50 miles from my house and Fred Beans was the best! Transparent pricing, no pressure sales and all staff is amazing!

Honestly, Tim Engle is the man. Took me about a year of research to pick out the car I wanted. I finally landed on a Palisade in which I communicated with Tim the entire time. His communication and responsiveness was really appreciated. I was almost taken by surprise when he showed my how to operate every single touch point and technology in the car. He knows his stuff and really enjoys what he does. My life is incredibly busy and this dealership got me the exact car I wanted with speed and efficiency, and never broke a smile the entire time.

I haven't dealt with the collision department but the service department isn't good. They changed their prices on me then broke my radiator and left other items unfinished. When I complained things got worse. Avoid the service department at all cost
