Was selling a bike on another website. This dealer reached out to me to see if I was interested in selling it to them. Made an appointment a week in advance. Got to the dealer on time and waited over an hour while watching other people that got there after me get their bikes appraised. Thanks for wasting my time..

Not sure. Have not used the service dept
If you are not happy with the dealership or their service than go somewhere else then. I have bought 3 used bikes in the last year there and whenever I had a problem the service department bent over backwards to address any issues I had.

The service Dept is actually pretty good here. Before i traded mine in they were willing to make things happen as quick as they could for an out of state rider. Give em a call and hope you get Brandon. He's the man.
Call the service dept they are top notch people, very friendly and professional services
They will take them back with a reciept only if they are unopened and unused
