There were so many different sofa’s I liked at the store and my salesperson Tatyana helped guide me through the options, after figuring out a cost and delivery time with and without customizing I was able to decide what I wanted, delivery time was surprisingly fast as I will be getting my sofa in a week! All together a great experience

To Whom It May Concern RE:La-Z-Boy Retail Furniture Ordered two recliners from the Langhorne, PA store. Paid deposit and was told two months for delivery which was absolutely acceptable. When the order was placed we were told by the sales person that the chairs would be delivered to our basement family room, leveled and we would have their functions reviewed. We asked about removal of our old recliner sofa and were assured that it would be removed for curb pick-up. Sure enough when the chairs arrived, as promised, they were placed in our family room and the drivers left immediately. We contacted the store and asked why the old sofa was not removed to the curb as promised. I was told it was my responsibility to tell them to do it. One, it was part of the order and, two, I do not have the authority to "tell" someone else's employee what to do. When I questioned the logic of his answer, the manager, Chuck, got very rude and belligerent and told me it was my problem and he could send a truck out but that it would cost me $99. I protested vigorously and he hung up on me. I called back and got a woman who later denied having talked to me but accused me of being rude to her (hard to do if she didn't talk to me). I decided to try to right the situation by going to the store and apologizing for my temper but also politely insisted that I was showing proper respect for Chuck's authority as the manager and that I did not have the authority to tell his people to do something that they supposedly already had an order for. At this point it was obvious that Chuck was not going to accept any responsibility in this matter and, in fact, he cursed at me and demanded I leave the store, which I did. Subsequently, I dismantled the old sofa and took it to the curb in sections. (Not an easy task for an 80 year old man). Further, I leveled the chairs myself and we are well satisfied with the product. I would recommend to anyone wanting to do business with La-Z-Boy that your find another retail outlet besides the Langhorne, PA location.
