I love it here and I'm not a resident! Working here has changed my perspective on apartment experiences. The property has a great team and they work very well together. The Community Manager, Misty is amazing! She has taught me so much in such a little time. More importantly, she has helped me to remember that each day should be lived in and on purpose. The staff are quick to respond. The community is very affordable. The amenities, just to name a few: washer/dryer in each apartment; water/cable/internet are included in the rent. With a mission to ensure that the residents are first priority, how can one not love it here. I recommend Arbors on the Lake as one of the best communities to work in or live in New Orleans East.

I've lived in these apartments for a year and a half. Great amenities and features. Super sweet neighbors. Responsive staff. Affordable. In-unit laundry. One flaw is the parking lot and walkways flood when it rains, but poor drainage and New Orleans go hand in hand. Overall, great place to live.

Nice place to live in the East it's not perfect, if you are looking for perfect that does not exist. I lived there for 5 years a d have not had many problems the key is management its has gotten better with Misty Johnson she has made it more pleasant to live there. They will try to deal with any problems or complaints in a timely manner, this includes maintenance issues as well also speaking of maintenance Aaron is great in that area he and Misty try to go above and beyond to make your stay please. I can reccomend this place..
