Terrible Quality Of The Apartment . Our Dishwasher Hasn’t Worked Air Hasn’t Worked Tub Still Leaks Door Frames Chewed Roaches And Bugs Still Continue To Invade Despite Us Paying For Pest Control Every Month . Paint Is Peeling On The Walls . This Apartment Should Be Worth $500/Month Not 1,115 Please Don’t Rent Here Don't Waste Your Money I Regret Even Reaching Out To This Complex Got To Be One Of The Worst In Charlotte . The Leasing Office Has Disabled My Online Pay But Claimed The System Was Down That Was 2 Months Ago . Says We Cant Have Things On Our Door But Other Tenants Do . And Still Do Despite Them Telling Us The Email Was Sent To Everyone . They Change Managers Every 2 Months . Rent Is Changed Every Month . Steal Packages . Property Manager Never Answers Email Unless It’s Good . They Are Bad Liars . Oh We Get Charged A Water Bill 3 Times A Month Despite The Lease Saying Water Will Always Be 0 . Oh And Pest Control Does Nothing Like I Mentioned And He Doesn’t Spray At Your Door Or In Your Apartment It’s On The Outside (Perimeter) . Just Bad . Terrible Management Also . Save Yourself The Trouble

Maria and Hermonie was very helpful today in the office. Such a big difference from before when I use to come in. We actually was able to get what I’ve been trying to get resolved for the longest handled. Big ups to the upcoming changes being tooling place here. It shows a lot when you go forth the extra mile to make sure your tenants are satisfied and issues are resolved. Thanks again you two!!

I honestly don’t enjoy putting this review because the staff members I came across today were so welcoming and helpful in person. But the complex as a whole desperately needs organization for potential tenants. My experience: 1) I tried for nearly a week to get in contact with someone over the phone, through third-party sites, email, and the outsourced phone service they use just to see if the pricing for a certain listing was available and accurate. The response was a boilerplate email telling me to request more info and schedule an appointment. 2) This email came after I arrived in person at noon to talk to the leasing office directly after numerous failed attempts. Nobody was available even after waiting an additional twenty minutes. 3) I scheduled a tour for around 4:15 today, though I was not given a confirmation or denial email as mentioned on the screen. Once I arrived, the staff member (who again was super helpful) informed me that I could not tour at that time because of renovations. That’s understandable, but those times should not have been provided if that was the case. 4) She provided me with images and video of the 1bed1bath I had in mind, which was nice. However, the price she mentioned was over $100 more than what was advertised on the website and on third-party sites. Appearance wise, the complex and apartment look fantastic and is in a great location. And again, super helpful staff. But until these logistical issues are solved, I unfortunately cannot give more than two stars. I would love to update this with a higher score should it be resolved.
