Booked based on advertising of heated pool. Pool was not heated. Desk staff said the parent company had been notified but nothing changed. One other guest said they complained as well earlier in the week and got the same response. Room was in need of a good cleaning, bed and linens were cheap. Have stayed in much nicer places for way less money. Guess since there are not may options at Tybee they don't have to worry about repeat customers.

Our trip was ut short due to hurricane Ian. Beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. About 100 yards from the beach. Friendly and helpful staff Can't wait to go back

Yes it is. There are actually 2 pools right beside The Deck restaurant. It is awesome.

We were 421 2nd floor. You'll be a little further down 4th floor. There's a good elevator. Haven't stayed int that exact unit.
I agree with Mitchell,just got back from there and it was an amazing stay 🐬.Talk to your bank if you paid by card,we had a similar issue with a rental place in Barcelona last year,they got us our money back fast and easy.
Yes, rentals are either daily, weekly or monthly.
No they did not sustain damage
