I agree with Mitchell,just got back from there and it was an amazing stay 🐬.Talk to your bank if you paid by card,we had a similar issue with a rental place in Barcelona last year,they got us our money back fast and easy.
Not sure what is going on with your specific situation. I can say we had an absolutely wonderful stay with only one issue and it was handled within an hour.
