I can't say for sure, but I would guess so. We stayed in a condo and I believe as long as it was available we could have rented it. I'd call first and confirm though. Beautiful place. Highly recommend it.
All the roads we went on were all paved roads. Some parking lots were dirt but 4 wheel drive should not be necessary in the park.
