I went here for a Covid test because every where else was booked. RUDE drive thru staff. They treated me real dumb for not understanding the swabbing process and told me I had to make an account to get my results EVEN THOUGH YOU SIGN UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT WITH THE EMAIL YOU ARE GOING TO GET THE RESULTS FROM. They want you to swab and then put it in a tube WITHOUT touching the liquid at the bottom (which is impossible) and when I was done, the lady didn’t ask if I had any questions or prescriptions, was just like “Have a nice day” and slammed her window-phone down. When you sign up to get tested at CVS, there’s 100 steps to just be able to book it alone. Over complicated on the internet AND real life. Go to Walgreens to get tested instead. They just ask for your basic info, you get swabbed, and you leave. They email you your test results without an account needed.

I drove 40 miles to pick up 2 scripts I. Which I would have gladly called in. If anyone would answer the phone. At 2 hours to closing no one can be bothered to fill anything. The hours are not the same as shown on there web page and I would expect if your open till 8 that means your there till 8 not 730. Not here. My advice is to blow the phone up till someone gets aggravated enough to answer. Good luck.

After spending all night in emergency with an abscessed tooth, I was prescribed antibiotics, a mouthwash, and something for the pain they caused me in emergency that I could not receive while there because I drove myself. The pain medication (which was a qty of exactly 5) was what I really needed when I was there… bright and early… at 8am after leaving emergency at 5am. CVS filled everything but the pain medication, because it's a controlled substance. She returned all scripts to me and said I could take them elsewhere. I was confused. Like 'Why can't you just fill the 2?' So she took back the 2, filled those, leaving me to find a pharmacy that would fill just the painkiller. Of course I couldn't get anyone to fill just the painkiller. Great job forcing people to shop pharmacies for controlled substances instead of just filling them ALL. Because even if you're not abusing controlled substances, the fact that you need a controlled substance is an abuse of the controlled substance. Nice.

Actually, there really isn’t others who want their jobs. No one wants to work there and if you haven’t noticed there is an employee shortage everywhere so no one wants to work. Period.
