We had web cam access,and they DO GET interactionary time,with animals,of their own size and demeanor. Some people state negative interaction of their pets...but they have "scheduled"interactive play times. If they speak negative,then they didn't do their research or chose to not hear or read the policies. I trust them and believe in them.
