I strongly do not recommend Silver Linings. I am not the type to write negative reviews however I think it’s important for people who are deciding to take the step toward therapy (which is normally a difficult thing to start) to know that this is not the place to go. I decided to get back into therapy when covid hit. I was laid off from my job, my relationship failed, etc and it was a very trying time. I was told by the owner, Ashley, that she had called my insurance and that I would have absolutely no out-of-pocket cost for my sessions until after six sessions I got a bill for $400. I tried to talk to Ashley about it and she said she made a mistake but it’s still my responsibility to pay even though it was her offices mistake. A few weeks later after trying to talk with her about taking money off, as I would not have booked if she had given me the correct estimate, she charged my card the full amount in the middle of the night. This office, especially the owner, cares more about your money and hardly about you and your mental health. Ashely was condescending, rude, and not understanding in the least. Please, do not go to this office.
