One star only because of the location. I don’t recommend this place to anyone that can afford better. We’re leaving before our lease is up if that says anything. You NEED to see this in person before you sign anything, but be aware they will show you an apartment that won’t look anything like what you move into. We were shown a newly renovated apartment in the back/middle of the complex and it was nice. When we got our keys, our apartment (in the front) was nothing like what we saw. They also told us we were on the ground floor and when we got there it was on the second floor. The pool is constantly closed and the amenities are not at all what they look like or how they tell you. There’s zero security and my car was broken into twice and Nikki (rudest/worst person I’ve ever had to deal with) did nothing, basically telling me it’s not her problem. Don’t expect to get any maintenance done. They care more about curb appeal than the way people are living. You can put request after request in and nothing will get fixed. We moved in at the end of June and our A/C didn’t work. We told the office several times and they had a lot of excuses as to why it didn’t work. Our apartment wouldn’t go below 80 degrees in the middle of summer and they did nothing about it until the end of August after we faught hard for it. No overhead lighting, holes in the floor, water damage everywhere, ceiling caving in, tiles falling off shower, windows don’t open or at least not easily, mold inside and out, and some apartments you physically CANNOT fit a couch inside the doorway!! They charge you for “luxury” apartments and I’ve seen low income places better than this, so save yourself time and STAY AWAY!
