I needed a storage unit and they had some available, typical of what you would expect from a business that rents units. What isn't typical about this particular location is the customer service. David made the process extremely easy and treated me as if I were family. Now I only met this gentlemen the one time I walked in to rent my unit but we had good conversation and when I returned to close my account, he remembered everything we had talked about. If you want a good customer experience with good prices I highly recommend All Safe Storage on Central Ave., David is top notch and you won't be disappointed.

All of our units are on ground level, so yes we do have those available.
Yes, we did rent a unit to the person you referred so you will be receiving a $50 Referral Reward check.
We don’t rent moving trucks, but we offer a service to new tenants that sign a lease. We have a company truck and if you live within 5 miles of the facility, we will bring the truck to your location. At that point, we give you a couple of hours to load the truck. Then we return and drive it back to our location and let you unload your items. This is a complimentary service that is offered to new tenants.
I don't remember seeing space there for that but I have used AllSafe on Ladson Rd they do.
