Good location, stays pretty clean and lighting is ok at night. Management is not great got contacting with a problem after hours.

Really disappointed, you can’t reason with them. They broke in two of my storages on two different occasions and the second time they threw away my stuff, that was a loss of about 3.000$. This without a notice or a phone call or any reason. Just because there was an error on their side that made them think I’m not using the storage. I had with them, for almost 2 years, 5 parking spaces and 2 storages. Payed every month on time with auto payments. I’ve tried to talk at front desk, but the lady over there acted like nothing wrong happened and she even told me that she did me a favor throwing my stuff for free. I’ve asked to speak with someone else, like a manager, she told me there’s no one else. I don’t know her name because she refused to tell me. Then I remembered that I got the phone number from the previous girl that was working there and I texted a short description of what happened and she forwarded to the owners. So the next days I waited but nobody called. I went to this storage facility instead of big company to support local businesses. But then when you have a problem you have no one to talk to. Only option is a lawsuit I guess. Again really disappointed.
