DO NOT RENT AT ELEVATION. I originally signed a lease here because of the location, but the management is the worst I've ever seen at apartment complexes. Elevation recently required residents to pay for a third-party service called Ally Waste, and there are endless rules and additional fees for residents. Meanwhile, the complex's own disposal bins are constantly overflowing with incorrectly sorted trash and recycling. Broken glass is everywhere near the bins. Management is extremely slow to respond to any questions or concerns, and they lie about their base rates. I cannot recommend Elevation for anyone looking for places in Flagstaff.

I have been living here at Elevation for about 3 years now and this is by far the best place I’ve ever rented from. Where to start? The amenities are stunning- The pool and lounge areas, the rooftop view deck, and the clubhouse/shared space. The apartments themselves are open and airy with lots of great lighting and every time we have friends over they always talk about how beautiful the apartment is. I can’t get over how amazing the maintenance team and office managers are.

My boyfriend and I have lived here since February 2021 and so far we love it! The price is reasonable considering the amenities, such as, the pool (which is usually very clean when we go) and the gym (clean and spacious, also the bathrooms for the gym are super clean as well). I also love having garage parking. The leasing office does a lot of nice gifts and treats for their residents, which I think is super sweet. I’ve also noticed that the maintenance team really keeps up with cleanliness and are super responsive to resident needs. The building is very close to grocery stores like Fry’s and AJ’s and A LOT of really great restaurants nearby! Not too far from downtown either. So glad we chose this apartment complex!
