Theres a freindly office staff and matience staff, and theyre pretty on top of everything. For example the tracks for our closet doors were needing replaced and they ordered them right away, but after the company took to long to send them (like a month), they canceled and ordered from somewhere that got them here sooner. Plus for being next to the freeway its not that loud and easy to get around when the theyre needed.

I had a great experience at the Wickertree , the property is really nice and very conveniently placed by the freeway. The staff members were very helpful , I was working with Kimberly and Zack they both had outstanding customer service and were able to answer all my questions.

First off let me say, this is a REAL review. The staff at Wickertree were BEYOND helpful. Let’s just say, they helped me more (prior to being approved) than my own Apartment Manager that I currently live at.
