I was very wrong when I rate Villa Montana with 5 stars cuase bad owner and bad mangment will make a disaster company they are hell to deal with they are thefs they steal your deposit check no matter how good you leave the apt I am suing this no matter what cause this is called theft

We’ve really enjoyed our experience here at Villa Montana over the last year. The staff is very easy to communicate with, especially Cheryl, and maintenance is super quick and willing to help. The apartment itself is nice and updated. The grounds are well kept and the pool/spa is simple but awesome. We’re only leaving because we need more space. We love it here!

ATTENTION if you moving in month to month it’s not real here you are paying extra for nothing also when you leave make sure you leave it perfect and shinny ! Because the office will make you sign paper work with out doing exception first the. They will send you to collections with out even calling when I was no even one day late on my rent I even make sure to pay them the 15 days after no living there ON time . They didn’t call me to tell me I was going to be send to collection and they say they send me letters ? At what address if I move out and didn’t gave them my new address . Just make sure if you move you aren’t getting your deposit back .
