Nancy Genet is absolutely amazing. I showed interest in the apartment and told Nancy exactly what I was looking for. She followed up several times and made sure that I made it into the property to check it out which was awesome. She had all the right information, and knew exactly what I was looking for. That means that she listen to me from the beginning and didn’t try to sell me on anything different. I respect the way she does business and how professional she is. Come August I will be renting a two bedroom two bathroom with a garage from Nancy. I really appreciate Nancy’s hard work and hustle. I would highly recommend any of my friends and family to work with Nancy directly. if I could give her six stars I would.

I love the layout, the staff has been nice and a lot of it isn’t their fault. People don’t clean up after their dogs and it’s pretty gross. Also, I have had so many issues with roaches everywhere. I have had pest control come out numerous …Dear Google User Notice for pets are emailed blasted out to the residents frequently letting them know the rules and regulations. We have not had any complaints in regards to this being an issue and we have groundkeepers twice a week and a porter 5 days a week. As for pest control we are not aware of any apartment having an issue. We do offer the service each week. I have lived here about 1.5 months and realize it was a huge mistake. Although the property is in a great location and beautiful on the outside, the property is poorly run and is not in 'luxury' condition. In the first month I lived here, I …Dear Tiffany Looking into your work orders the water leak was from your toilet we had on-call maintenance come out immediately and they fixed the leak cleaned up the water and also had the carpet cleaners come out to extract and clean the area that the water reached. As for utilities except for the water they are in the residents names not the properties. Regarding the water being off we did send out a 48 hrs notice informing the residents in advance and the water was turned back on with in a few hours. The pool being open for 24hrs we did receive several complaints regarding loud noise and yelling around 8:00 p.m. Management was here doing a property walk and ask the person standing by the waterfall to please have the noise lowered and the person acknowledged. As for fees on your ledger we simply break them down so you know what was used and what you are paying for. The total for your water, sewer, storm water and billing fees was $13.76. Regarding your rent payment that was made on the portal on 02/02/2020 at 9:43 p.m. it was unfortunately considered late.
