I love living here. The complex is always clean, the office is so helpful with any issues you have. I love the layout of our apartment and the amenities. It’s in a great area and gated. My son and fiancé love it here. Definitely recommend this place for your family.

I lived here for 13 months. The 1BR apartment was newly renovated and I lived on the first floor with a small plant collection. Maintenance never took more than 6 hours to fix stuff, although admittedly I had the most minor of issues. Someone was always at the front desk, willing to help. I got my full security deposit back at the end of my lease, and they were extremely accommodating and friendly. My only complaint is that one time the printer in the leasing office was broken so I couldn't print something, but it's literally a free printer for residents so it wasn't that bad. Aliante is excellent and well-run by good people, in my experience. A true headache-free rarity.
