Management is poor and very very slow to get stuff done if you have a problem. I felt as if they didn’t even care to even help me with my apartment problems. I wish I would have look into more apartments due to the way management is here.

While the staff seems nice and has always been happy to reply to my questions, I applied here only to find that they were slow on delivering my lease and ran out of space about a day after they delivered it. Also, I was told that I could room with an individual, yet later discovered that they would assign us both to random roommates. Seems like they are poorly managed, not very efficient, and not communicative unless prompted.

This place is terrible , was the worst living experience i have ever had. First of all , my room was trashed and stains all over the bed when i moved in, and when I sent the office the photos via email they completely ignored the fact. My kitchen cabinets were gross with a sticky substance all over the inside of them. My shower was never hot with the 6 months of living there and they never fixed it. We complained about a leak under the sink they came 3 months later to fix it. Front office is terrible I wouldn't recommend living here. I had a package that had arrived in the office and when i went to pick it up they said it wasn't there and still marked the package that I had picked it up when i never got it, although they sent me a email saying my package had arrived at the front office and they never even worried about funding me for my package they lost which was 200$+ of items. Don't live here its a waste of your money your better off sleeping on the side of the road.

Renewed my lease at Roosevelt Point because this is the place to live downtown. The manager, Gilbert is great! Very helpful! It’s nice to live at a place where you feel at home. I always look forward to the monthly events. Thanks Roosevelt Point staff for all that you do for the residence. I really enjoy living here!
