Incredibly rude and judgmental staff. No functional air conditioning or heating system in room. I understand being in the middle of a remodel, but perhaps maybe the cost of a fully clean and functioning room should be adjusted as my room was barely able to provide electricity for the lights, let alone heating or cooling in Arizona.

I helped my ex husband rent a room upon inspection I found everything immaculate clean spacious up to par in every aspect. Price was even far the girls were very polite and professional. good place. I would recommend to anybody.

This is the oldest hotel in Sierra Vista. That being said it is still an enjoyable peaceful place to stay. Renovations I believe are ongoing here. Carolyn the manager was very accommodating and made sure our stay was pleasant. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable. A plumbing issue forced us to take another room on our second night, but we were able to get into the room quickly and easily. Overall our stay was great and the price was right! We'll be back again when visiting the area! 😃

They are under new ownership now so maybe they're just in transition but when I went there 2 settle in for the evening after a long flight they were closed. So I had to go across the street to another more expensive hotel. The next day I went to check in and the room was atrocious. It looks very dirty there was no TV at first and no hot water unless you let it run for a very long time. On the plus side... Management was very nice and apologized for the late-night antics of what I assumed was a lady with major issues that the manager took care of fairly quick. So I would say for the price which was extremely low. I think you get what you pay for.
