Went to see Maverick great movie. Just wish people would learn how to read their ticket. Had some rude people sitting in our seats don't understand why people are so unhappy when you point out that they made a mistake.

They always play at least 30 minutes of ads and previews after the time the movie is supposed to start. For some reason the volume is extremely loud and it helps to wear earplugs! And be prepared to break the bank if you want any snacks from the concession stand.

Theater is very nice but customer service SUCKS! Went to window to buy ticket, girl inside points to other window, but does not say anything......noone in next window! She gets on speaker and says "you buy tickets inside".... shouldn't she have said that instead of pointing? Go inside get in only line, get to front, try to buy tickets...get directed to another line to buy tickets:( very POOR service. How bout putting up a sign that says where tickets are purchased since staff doesn't want to help?

I mean, I wish the kettle corn was made fresh more frequently... But I don't know their food prep schedule/product usage/busy time since le 'rona quieted the world for a bit. Additionally, I wish they would upgrade the hand driers, switch to more paper towels, or have easier (less hands required) doors to get out of the restroom. I usually walk out of it with wet hands I've attempted to dry on my pants and then use hand sanitizer back in the theater. But if we're just talking walk in, get a ticket, sit in a room to watch a film and leave, the theaters are always clean, they will tell you in advance if something isn't working in the theater the film you're about to see is in (once the a/c was out in one or two of them), and the employees have always been friendly. 🥳
