I went down to this business yesterday with an associate that had a reservation for a rental. When my associate came back to the truck, she stated not only would Enterprise not rent her the contracted vehicle, but that Enterprise had "requirements" that they had not disclosed to her or the Corporation. So I went in to talk to the employee to see what the problem was, only to discover that Enterprise wanted paperwork from my associate that she could not have had; nor would never have under the given circumstances. When I asked for a Military Waiver, and that I would put it on my card, the employee became defensive and posturing; speaking to me with a sense of Hostility saying "Enterprise only waives Active Duty". When questioned about other provider's in the area, she mentioned 'Almost New', but stated in an ugly tone "I wouldn't recommend them." I took my associate to Almost New and had her on her way in 45 minutes total. If the Owner reads this, perhaps you might teach her how to address an Officer since she claims to be a Dependant Spouse. I will personally be canceling all contract service with Enterprise.

It must be one of the bustiest Enterprise in Arizona. They are ALLWAYS busy, but at the same time are able to make you feel welcome. Thank you for a VERY hard job dealing with irate customers and the public in general. Thanks

The customer service and planning needs some corporate attention. The manager who wouldn't share his name was extremely unprofessional. I received a faulty vehicle in California and during my trip I noticed the gas gauge was faulty. When I arrived in AZ I called and was advised that I had to make an appointment to trade out the vehicle. After making the appointment and rescheduling my vacation day the girl at the desk who insisted I have an appointment had no vehicle for me. She had to run out back and find one. After waiting for them to clean the vehicle I asked to speak with a manager. What's the point on making an appointment if they don't have a vehicle ready for me? The manager then advised that the vehicle the gal had cleaned was sold that day and they had to find another car. After I ask how long this is going to take he says he's doing ME a favor and starts telling me to take back the faulty vehicle. When I go outside and call the 800 number he magically finds a replacement. No apologies for any of their behavior. Enterprise is a quality rental agency, this store and the manager there need to be trained better.

The level of customer service I received at this location was outstanding. It is a rare find when the want to truly take care of a customer is presented. I want to single out Hayden Pierson who, through superior customer service, surprise me and exceeded my expectations. I took a picture of his business card and I'm posting here so you know who to go to. Mr. Pierson, take pride in this. Well done Enterprise. They are conveniently located about half a mile from Buffalo Soldier on Fry and 7th. If i had to make any suggestions, I'd increase the number of cars available.

They will definetly take care of you at this location. Just tell them exactly what you need and they will get you on your way.
No outside of the United states will any car rental companies don't allow!! Just Google it and you see for yourself!!"
Yes they have weekend rentals the pricing varies from make and model
Yes...but there has to be an enterprise where you will return the vehicle....it will also cost you a little extra for a one way trip.
I asked a few days ago how far they pick up. Generally within City limits BUT the guy told me he had gone to Huachuca City before....
Enterprise will let you know if you ask them.
