Dairy Queen (Treat)

Today is August 3rd, 2022 at 1:59 pm.after our last trip here were not going to come back but I decided to treat my children after their first day back in school. They have a "Fan First Promise" next to the counter. The 3rd promise was to flip you Blizzard upside down and if they do not they give you a coupon for a free small Blizzard on on your next visit. We ordered two Two blizzards but they did not keep their promise. They did not flip them and when my wife mentioned it the kid ignored her and kept on working. Seriously, take it down or honor it.

Manager Annalisa (I believe is he name) is extremely rude. You don't want to get a reputation for that in a small town, can really hurt your business. I'll stick to Sonic and Culvers for sweet treats. She cut me offf while ordering, messed up the order, spilled our order... not a great impression.

Never any frozen cupcakes... everyday they are sold out. Just give up already and say you don't like to prep... Just take it off the menu already. Seriously everytime at all hours you are out for the day. Who runs this store? Seriously make more. If you sell out make more..it's frozen..it's not going to go bad. Jeez..

My husband, our two children, and myself stopped here spur of the moment to kill some time, on a Monday, and we seem to have hit them at a slow moment. The service we were given was polite, warm, and helpful, the two people I could see, a lovely little woman, and a nice strong Tall guy were as friendly as could be, and got our order out pretty fast. I am reminded of fond times growing up with my grandmother when she would take me to Dairy Queen for the occasional treat, and though the Dilly bars are not quite the same as when I was young, I enjoyed making wonderful new memories here with my own family now. I would recomend coming here to this Dairy Queen during their slow times to enjoy the air of taking a step back in time to your youth.
