The staff today on Monday has no clue about what friendly means. The girl with tattoos all over her neck has the personality of a mop! Apparently I don’t speak English because there was a huge language barrier between us. I finally had to ask the younger man working for help to place my order. We have been to this location before and had a similar experience. They have a new menu board up with pictures of items. I simply pointed to the westerner sandwich on the board and said that’s what I’d like please. The neck tattoo girl had the look of a hog looking at a wrist watch on her face! Clueless as to what I wanted. I even asked her if she was having a bad day still no clue. I ended up just ordering something else to make it easy. Don’t think I’ll come back to this location again. If the manager is reading this maybe have a class on customer service for your staff before you lose more customers. If you decide to go to this location good luck with the staff

He people here don’t know what they’re doing. I wouldn’t recommend. I called to get a price of a pan of baked beans and after 10 minutes they still couldn’t answer the question. Wanted me to drive 10 minutes to them to find out and order

I had an early dinner at Dickies tonight...let me say that I have had BBQ all over...Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida (yes, Florida has very decent BBQ, don't count them out! 😉)...Dickies is right up there with the best of them...the beef brisket is awesome... all of the sides and cornbread were very good, with the exception of the creamed spinach which I would have given six stars if I could have. The servers were all very friendly and helpful, although one young lady seemed a little sad...but she was a cutie, so I let it slide (we all have those days 🤷‍♂️). I will be coming back 100 percent certain!
