Appointments matter bc they are linked to forklift drivers; however, I still came in an hour early and was unloaded with no issues. Flatbed driver so all together folding tarps to unloaded 1hour and done.

Had an appointment at 12:00 and I got there at seven thirty and they unloaded me anyway. Thanks guys

Fast unloading, about 30 min total… by appointment only… The guy at the receiving office could not be slower or less enthused to be at work though, like he was genuinely unhappy because I came and he had to pick up a piece of paper and put it in an envelope… Could have definitely done without his attitude, but generally a positive experience at this facility
