I'm staying here for an official business. I'm a traveler for work and personal leisure. I like Hilton & its affiliated hotels such as Hampton. This hotel is a bit old (outdated in a room); however, I give 4 out of 5 stars because Mon to Thu, the hotel's management treats Hilton Honors (Gold/Diamond) for soft drinks and snacks in the breakfast area. I appreciate its generosity. It seems like the front desk staff is professional and courteous. Thanks!

This is a good place if you are in town overnight or for a couple of nights max. My room was big, quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner was working well but it’s a bit loud. The pressure of the shower head was very weak. Used the gym and it smells of sweat, and the treadmill is old and needs maintenance. They have a breakfast buffet but to me it wasn’t good to eat. Lacks healthy options.

First of all, The staff was pretty good but one of their Manager was very rude and sarcastic… The Breakfast is okay, very basic. Limited snacks, Thin walls, and their parking lot structure is pretty bad. Most of their linens has stains on them, and their towels doesn’t smell that clean… I highly recommend Best Western Plus, They have better rooms and some has kitchenettes. Their Breakfast has a wider variety to choose from and taste better. Their Cafeteria is clean, They have a counter full of free snacks and goodies and a fridge full of free drinks. You don’t have to ask for water… They have a nice and spacious lobby and the staff are very professional and the managers are nice.

So we rented a room for 2 nights. Once we entered the room it was disgusting. Stained sheets stained bed and pillows. Broken refrigerator. Went up to desk to get a refund and find another hotel. They told us no they won't refund it. Too bad. So we'll be filing complaints with the state as well as Hampton/ Hilton. Management is horrible and they like to text instead of talking on the phone
