Had a really pleasant stay at this property. Clean and comfortable rooms. The pool area was nice for evening chats and barbecues. Adequate fitness center.

Very nice! Clean rooms and great lobby area too. The breakfast was good and saved us from spending money on breakfast 😋 each day. The lighting in the room was really great 👍

All I can say is this is what every HIE should strive to be. It was beyond clean and well kept, inside and out. It smelled fresh all the way from the lobby to your the far wall in our room. the exhaust fans in the bathroom worked perfectly and the window in the room even opened partially. The staff (especially Sarah) stellar and wonderfully helpful.

Not the nicest Holiday Inn, but not the worst either. They may have renovated, but the 2-bed room was not roomy for a 3-week stay. The hotel is "a place to stay" and was comfortable enough. The breakfast variety of bagel, breads, cereal etc was great. Housekeeping was excellent and traded out towels as requested. Unfortunately the gym was closed and the guest office was closed during my stay in Feb 2022. Very busy place due to the Army fort nearby. If you plan to stay 3 weeks or longer on your own dime, be sure the front desk charges the card you want it to be charged on. My biggest complaint is the front desk was not helpful in this aspect when I inquired why my card was charged; it was not explained they charge bits of your stay onto your card. The card I used to reserve the room is not the card I wanted to pay with. The front desk FAILED on this especially that I am a Platinum IHG member!
