Some of the roads out there yes. But for off roading I would probably have something with a little more clearance and off road tires 🤘🤘
Lone wolf colony has water and dump. Need to call for reservation. It's pretty much a last stop before Lucerne.
There is one on power line road....or just pick a nice creecote bush to water.
