This service was so bad, I would give it a 0. But that's not possible, so I give it a 1. Tried multiple times to get Shred-it to come pick up their bins. Terrible communication, never returned any calls. We wanted to set up a schedule and we were told we would get an email about it setting up, never received anything. Attempted to set up a pick up and confirmed pick up date, turns out it was sent as an order ? by a salesperson and they never did it. Now we have no clue when they will be coming.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at the shred it facility. My friend had lost his wife to Covid and had to shred an entire office of documents. This has been the worst 2 weeks of his life, the guys helped us get through this processes quickly and we’re incredibly kind. Thank you to each and every one of you. You were a true blessing on a terrible day! Thank you,
