As a new resident of Uptown Village, I must say that I’m extremely impressed. Rating from the start of the process to moving In I experienced a management company that really strives to make the process as painless as possible. I experienced a small hiccup about two weeks after moving in and the property manager and leasing staff owned it and immediately took care of me. The property is well maintained, clean and in a safe neighborhood and the maintenance team has the most timely response to requests that I have ever seen. If you are looking for a place to live in Dallas or a new living experience, I would highly recommend Uptown Village. Thank you for all that you do! In a world of automation and technology Customer Service is about people interacting with people! Never loose that value because MAA wears it well~Luka

My first week in and my bathroom ceiling started leaking (dirty water) almost pouring. Additionally, the leasing office told me they needed a money order before I get my keys while I'm all ready to move in with all my stuff which was fine but I came back in ten minutes to the same office with it and it was shut? Waited half an hour, with my U-Haul and in the heat for it to open (note; it wasn't lunch time/maybe 2:30pm?) I mean, just tell me when you won't be there when you know I'll be back with it. And then, I also lost a package which they said should be in the leasing office, can't be anywhere else until after when I couldnt find another one and from the picture they said it could be in this building near this mail room. Found both. They also didn't give me my mail room locker key until I asked and it didn't even work - I have the right key now. Three stars because the people at the front desk are really sweet, they're trying to help me. The ceiling leak was fixed over two days and so that was good to see. Oh and also if you're applying to this place know that you're going to pay at least $400 in just fees. Application and processing. That's not even the security deposit. Maybe my review will change as I live here more but first impressions last!

I was working here as a make ready and seen many Disgusting and unprofessional conditions of these units that were supposed to be ready for people to move in with painted covered mildew areas And over caulked area With mildew spots . These orders came directly from upper management making me feel as if I was wrong, alsoI took pictures and videos with the response of management in regards to these issues and the results are Disgusting due to the amount of rent people are paying struggling these days I believe they need to be Investigated.

I’ve lived here a couple of years now and I have really enjoyed it! The maintenance team is superb! Every service request I’ve ever had has been completed within 24hours, which has impressed me. The leasing office have always been great to me, and I LOVE the location! It’s so convenient to everything I want to do. There is traffic noise, and sometimes you see homeless people walking down the streets, but that’s part of living in a big city. If you’re looking for luxury brand new everything, this is probably not going to be the ideal place, but I personally don’t mind if it’s not always up to date, for the price and location you can’t beat it!
