You do not want to live in this complex. Management is completely ignorant and the complex is old and outdated.

I lived in Saddle Brook for six years and was very happy with everything about the complex. The office staff and maintenance crew are excellent – friendly to work with, professional, and responsive to requests. The grounds are well kept, the community is quiet, and the apartments are reasonably priced for the square footage. During those six years, there was only one instance where I heard neighbors being loud, and it was quickly rectified. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. During my time there the hot water heater, AC unit, and thermostat were all updated. The only downside is the apartment appliances (stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator) are a little dated. I highly recommend Saddle Brook.

My first visit to Saddlebrook was with Laura. She was so warm and welcoming and she made the community feel like a neighborhood. I was immediately hooked on the idea of living at Saddlebrook. Cindy has been wonderful as well. Everyone in the office makes you feel like they are so glad to see you and so welcoming and quick to respond to any communication. And that’s just the girls. The apartments are beautiful. Lots of windows. Fireplaces and a garage. Feels more like a house than an apartment. I am so excited about being a part of this community. The trees are gorgeous mature trees which adds to the neighborhood feel. I’m sure I will be putting on my tennis shoes and walking again. I have a friend who lives there already. She loves it and told me it is a very social community. People are friendly and look out for each other and it is easy to meet your neighbors if you want to. The place seems so quiet and peaceful. I can’t wait!!!!

We just moved in several months ago, and everything has been great since then. Cindy and the rest of the office staff have been extremely courteous, and helpful in any issue that comes up. The maintenance staff, led by Travis, have been equally impressive. We couldn't be happier to have made the decision to move in here, and are confident the rest of our stay will be wonderful. ( I would give them 6 stars if I could!)

Although some a/c units are new, they are way too small to keep up with the Texas heat, not to mention all the cracks in the walls allowing the hot air to blow through the apartments.
Units have not been updated. The 3/2 are hard to get and will likely be $2000 or above.
