I came here to visit a friend and my car got TOWED because I didn't register. Can't register is there are No signs around but they got away with it because it's hidden in a CORNER! $168 later...y'all are the worst.

As a current resident, we NEED better security (especially in the garage)!!! It’s ridiculous how frequently residents vehicles get broken into, or worse, stolen. Nobody cares about the new, unnecessary exterior paint job—had I known that my increase in rent was going toward that, I wouldn’t have resigned—we DO care about our safety and security. That should be the management’s priority, too. Furthermore, residents report these break-ins and nothing is done about it to insure better safety precautions. STRATA management, start listening to your residents. Majority of them are not happy and we are being forced to escalate the situation ourselves since we are not being heard. I pay to live here with a gated parking garage…I shouldn’t have to worry on a daily basis that my car will be broken into next. With that said, I can’t speak highly enough of the maintenance staff here. All my requests are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. They keep this place clean as best they can and they are very friendly and hard-working. S/O to Ryan! UPDATE: in response to the many complains and concerns of the residents about safety and security, STRATA sent out an email listing best practices for crime prevention but it’s the last paragraph that’s comical. Basically saying our safety and well-being is our own problem, not their’s. (They have taken no necessary measures to prevent or detect criminal activity.) Please take our safety and security more seriously, Strata Management. SECOND UPDATE: I was told they hired security but I haven’t seen anyone patrolling. Nothing has changed and we still have homeless people getting into the building and roaming the halls and parking garage. Feeling less and less safe.
