The place is well kept; parking lot, well lit, no garbage scattered, ground are beautifully kept, and tenants spend a lot of time planting flowers. Parking is plentiful with cover parking. Inside is nice, somewhat spacious if you don't have a lo of stuff.

The staff are very friendly. The apartment complex is nice and clean. The units are a little small. But still a good size. As far as premium finishes not even close. The stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher looks old and out dated. For the price of the apartment you would think you would get better appliances. The paint job could be better.
