Better with James! Recently moved into the area and have gone to all 3 home improvement stores. Sorry to say Lowe's, although closest I have had a hard time finding anyone to help me in your store...until I found James. I was doing a plumbing repair and had only a little clue of what I was doing. James promptly greeted me when he saw me and asked if I needed help. He was able to tell me exactly what I needed and a few tips on how to do it. I will be sure to come back on the nights when he is working. A lot of your employees will let customers walk by without even saying hello. It's not a very friendly place, but...it's definitely better with James!! :)

The Lowe's seem to have limited staff when I went to return an item because it took a long time. The checkout line was also long. The employees in the aisles were helpful at least to help find things in the store.

Went for.the garden section, I found some beautiful flowers to put in my garden, and they weren't wildly expensive. All the plants in general look like they're in great health at the point of sale. Also a large variety of plants as well.
