Such an amazing place. We decided to move downtown Dallas from McKinney, and finding the right place took us a little while. But this place, was the BEST choice we could've made. We started by being greeted by the valet people. They had a smile in their faces and even if we didn't live in the building they opened the door for us and made us feel welcomed. Then the next set of smiles came from the concierge, Lilly. Lilly made us feel like we were home without even having signed the lease, she walked us to the leasing office and she told us she hoped we would love the place (and we had already made up our minds to stay) then the third reason we decided to stay was Chantal! Wow... she welcomed us with an amazing attitude, professionalism and knowledge. She gave us the warmest of welcomes we had not felt in our search for a place in the whole downtown and victory park. She showed us the premises, she told us all about what we needed to know about the building, she was very patient, and she worked with us to see what was the best option for us. The leasing process was very easy, and with her assistance and the rest of the staff (Shout out to Lena she's also assisted us with our needs), our moving day was painless. We knew this was the right place since the beginning. The facilities are amazing and very well kept, but want made us stay from the beginning was the PEOPLE and their AMAZING ATTITUDE! Thank you for all your hard work, and please let's keep it that way. I know there are some disgruntled people that take it on social media with their frustration, but come experience it for yourself, and you'll see I'm only speaking the truth! What an amazing view

This is an amazing place to live. Dog friendly. Very clean. I went for a party that a tenant was throwing. Very cute and quaint. The view was amazing. The atmosphere was on point. Valet and door man was very friendly. The location of this apartment home is great. Everything in walking distance.

I phoned a bit ago to obtain information about availability, I was meant with a very cold reception. The leasing agent was not very hospitable. It’s a pity as these flats were on our priority list. In case you are not aware the initial conversation should really be centered about your product, services, and why a prospective client should choose you over your competitors. Your prices are published; rest assured we’ve phone because we qualify. We are not interested in your approval process at first call. Once we’ve viewed the flats, and have deemed y them satisfactory, is when you should have your spill about your 3 day process for approval. Further if you can’t be friendly, and kind over the phone, may I suggest you not work in hospitality? I understand dealing with the public can be daunting. I however shouldn’t be made to receive any negativity from you simply because you’ve had a bad experience before. Lead with a smile, good energy, and professionalism. I promise, you will have better interactions. Sadly, I will pass on your product. Best wishes.
