EDITED TO REPLY TO OWNERS COMMENT: Ever since Huntington Lakes was bought out and changed over to The Kendrick, everything had sorely gone down hill. So much so it’s effecting my bill. No one answers the phone, the portal never lets you sign on to pay and when it does it doesn’t update, they’re system apparently takes 4 business days now to withdrawal your payment so you get hit with a fee because of insufficient funds because I paid other things thinking that bill was taken care of. I can’t get maintenance in. S2Captial is the worst so far. Was commented and told to call and make things right, call just to be told nothing can be done. What was the point of that???

I have been living here for about two years and so far so good. The apartment is very peaceful and quiet and i love that. Myrka is very sweet and always ready to help with any issues.

Yes. I have lived here 3 years never had any issues. Its quiet. Only thing i ever had am issue with is parking. They do have garages but its a wait list.
