To start off, the apartments are nice and of course the rent is more than fair. But I will explain why rate this place a one star and any one who had to deal with the manager of the office would agree with me. I don’t know what her full name is but the main manager - the overweight hispanic lady named Garcie something, is the worst thing about this place. I had the most unpleasant and annoying conversations with her. I don’t know what her problem is but she treats EVERY tenant like her prisoner. I don’t care if she is different outside her workplace (which I doubt she is) every single time I had to speak with her she disrespected me to the fullest. You can feel her racism raging inside her from her oversized face.
