The staffs displayed discrimination. Packages got lost too often ( items dropped at the post office, never got scanned in). They must have been stealing. Not all staffs are bad but some are very bad. I will write up an official report .

I LOVE EVERYONE AT THIS STATION.

I don’t know why the bad review for Corporate Hills post office. I have always found them to be friendly, helpful and efficient! I’ve called a couple of times for various issues with a carrier and my issue/complaint has been received well and a thanks for letting them know about an issue. Sometimes the treatment you receive is the treatment you give.

I've been to this location twice. The first time, a clerk was disgustingly rude to the lady in front of me, berating her for "wasting people's time." The poor woman walked away looking sad and embarrassed. The second time, I was on the receiving end of their nastiness and bad attitudes. I've dealt with unfriendly USPS clerks before, but the women who work here are next level. It's like a power trip for them or something. Pick ANY other post office in Wichita and stay far away from this one.

Google the Post Office of your Zip Code, it should show the phone number.

Po box keys are purchased at the counter. Personal mail box keys (at you residence) have to made by a lock smith
You need to go to your local post office for your zip code and put in a corrected address
9/15 is next month. Wait I guess
We stopped processing new passports in 2017. Downtown Station is the only PO in Wichita who does them.
Bring your closing papers/lease agreement and photo ID, they can get you scheduled for a lock change on your CBU (free for new residents) and let you know which box is yours. This will take two visits; one to request new keys and one to pick them up.
Free Priority Mail boxes are available in the outer lobby, which is open 24/7. The self-service kiosk is also available there. (When it works)
It depends on the station, some you can just walk in and others you may need an appointment. I am a postal employee.
