The phone system isn’t directing the call to the store. Theres’ no option. Of course that means they don’t wanna talk to you. My mail stopped showing up and I never got only my debit cards for years anyway when they add the extension to the zipcode. This is testing my patience and all I can do is leave a bad review. Thanks for contributing. 🤯 But I’m not skurrred.

I have moved a lot and regularly used USPS offices in several different states, and I have never had a more efficient & friendly experience shipping at a post office. Almost no waiting, even when the line’s to the door. The staff is extremely patient and helpful, even when customers aren’t. The only negative about this location for me is that it’s in a slightly sketchy area. The negative reviews here are blowing my mind because they don’t reflect my experience in the least, and I’ve been to this office on an almost daily basis.

They won't provide you with that information. The name listed on someone P O Box is not something you can just go the post office and request. That is protected information.
Yes. You have to have a credit card for the $1 charge. The charge verifies that it is you and not someone else.

You need to call the Post Office (Munger Station) directly and/or checkout USPS website. Good luck.
I think this is something that you have to repair especially if it is at your residence.
