This post office has very rude and inconsiderate employees, they act they are going out of there way to wait on you for a service that we pay for weather its in the front lobby area or PO boxes, including management , these employee's need to take a course in common courtesy!! Very, very poor customer service.

It's the Post Office. They are Ninety-nine percent reliable. When they aren't, you're not with resources.

Continuous notice of failed delivery of a package I cannot identify. Have not communicated with me a single time. I have been home during every supposed missed delivery.
Kendall Williams
They are always accommodating. It's a neighborhood postal service that's a plus also. The employees are always kind.

Because if you call the 800 number it goes to a call center. They handle thousands of calls a day and it can be a very lengthy process to help just one person who has an issue with a lost package.
Yes it is called a package intercept. As long as it is at the station. You can show ID and pick it up if they have it.
No. Notary Public's are found in many stores like Dillons. I suggest you call to verify documents, people and the amount charged for this service. Otherwise, please contact the downtown main offices of the City of Wichita for further aid.

Do you have tracking numbers and informed delivery. You can check on packages with informed delivery.

Passports are only done at the downtown station.

Yes.
You need to call the station where the postmaster is who you want to fax. Each station has it's own postmaster, fax, phone line, etc. The 800 number pretty much wont give out phone numbers so go online and Google your post office.
8:30, same as every other day.
