I have a sick rooster, and after calling way too many places I was finally recommended Evergreen and so glad I was. They were able to get me in later that day. I was distressed over what was going on with my roo, and Dr. Paulette was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was so kind and enthusiastic, and I immediately felt like someone was on my team and no matter what I was going to be supported. They all seemed to genuinely care about my chicken and listened to all of my concerns. They have been very kind and communicative through this ongoing experience. Really grateful to have found them.

I highly recommend Evergreen. I switched my birds to Evergreen after over 22 years with the same clinic and could not be happier with my decision. Dr Boutette is detailed, realistic, knowledgeable and passionate about parrots. He diagnosed why my geriatric Patagonian is losing weight after the other clinic could not (1.5 year journey). The staff is super helpful, professional and patiently answers all my questions. Finally, they are accurate and consistent. I originally switched because I need to board my bird at the vet when I go out of town and my former clinic told me that they no longer can take boarding reservations months out and to call "two weeks" before the boarding date - that meant I could no longer be guaranteed boarding when I needed it. This, combined with several other small mistakes, made me realize that their former level of care had slipped greatly. My birds come first and I should have made the switch sooner.

I took my new to me cockatoo here. The Dr was very informative and spent a good bit of time explaining about cockatoo to me and the treatment and tests thatDexter would most benefit from and why. I would recommend this Vet to anyone that has a question or issue with their pet bird
