Staff makes a great effort in customer service. For $10 a month how can anyone complain? The equipment and the facility is kept up pretty well. My only complaint is, please lower the music volume in the locker room, or remove altogether , and shower heads (like all work out places) are so so...I worked in a health club and purchased on my own a great shower head, installed it myself, the tips came flying in,,,give the public what they want, it only cost me $20 to get over $200 from grateful customer tips...

It's suppose to be a judgement free zone then why is my husband being constantly approached by Saturday staff when he is simply trying to workout, he has no issues the rest of the weekdays. P.S I talked to management regarding this already.

We are sad to see you go, but we understand, Megan! Since we require a signature for all cancellations, we currently have two methods. You can either sign a form at your club's front desk or mail a signed letter to your club directly. Please know that you will need to pay any outstanding dues before canceling your membership.
