Went in to question charges and instead of the manager explaining them she simply said “you signed” . The sad part is all she had to do was simply take five minutes out of her previous day and say “you won’t see the promotional prices until your first payment”. Kristin the manager was extremely rude and did not for one second put the customer first.

Do not torture yourself with Comcast.Their high rates and HORRIFIC overseas customer service that is in Phillipines,India and who knows what other countries.I have lost track of how many times I've been hung up on by Xfinity agents,we are talking incompetent and highly unqualified employees.I have waited for 5 months now to get an ACP $30 monthly credit that I qualify for,nobody seems to know what the heck they are doing at this company.You get transferred from one dept to another until you finally have a headache and give up.Go to any other company but Comcast.

I had cable hooked up. I never asked for paperless billing yet they gave me paperless billing. I never got the bill and now my bill is over 300.00 dollars. Make sure you ask for your bill in paper. They are running some kind of special on scams. I never asked for paperless billing yet they did that to get more bang for their buck.

If you visit the Xfinity website and login with your credentials, you can watch live TV and On demand movies and shows. Thats a form of streaming. Netflix is also a form of streaming, YouTube also. Any form of media video/music served through the internet is streaming. Hope this helps...

Hold the speaker button down on the TV will say listen then speak, it'll give you options from what It hears, continue until it gets it right. Then click on what it's presented to you if it's correct. ( What you've asked for) If not correct do it again.
