Great credit union with great service, but...Their charge card does not deliver on the benefits advertised. I spent a day trying to get their advertised 25% off car rentals..no possible way. I dealt with multiple people from NFCU-to no avail (this is an understatement).

Is this Navy Federal on a base? I'm a former Marine and I do not have a military ID to get on base anymore so I do not know the protocols to get on base if need be for cash.

No. There are two locations and this one is located on sailfish drive across from the housing office on Gungywamp road.
